Catherine Elliott joined Hadens in 1997 becoming a partner in 2000.
Catherine is head of the Wills and Probate Department and specialises in tax planning and estate administration. In addition she has experience of all areas of the law that help and assist the elderly client which includes Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Catherine’s work within Hadens also extends to the development and promotion of financial services which is seen as providing an all round service for our clients.
Catherine has previously worked for a large Birmingham firm which has enabled her to gain valuable experience in advising clients of various backgrounds from the elderly couple worried about nursing home care to the business man worried about his inheritance tax bill.
She is a member of the The Law Society, The Society for Estates and Trust Practitioners (STEP) and the The Probate Section of the Law Society.
She is married with one daughter and enjoys travel, gardening, reading and is a member of her local gym. |
