David Robinson joined the firm in 1992 from a central Birmingham firm. He became a partner at Hadens in 1994.
David heads the Corporate Services Department of the firm advising on corporate / commercial matters including corporate acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, management buy-outs and re-financings as well as advising on general commercial matters such as agency and distribution agreements, franchising and terms and conditions of business. The Corporate Services Department is based in the firm’s Walsall Office and is able to draw on expertise in other related areas from across the firm as a whole.
David has extensive knowledge of company law and advises substantial clients both locally and further afield.
David’s philosophy for the Corporate Services Department is to provide a responsive and high quality, client focussed service to rival that of many city centre practices while retaining an approachability often found lacking in those same practices.
He is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a member of the Institute of Directors, the Law Society, the Law Management Section of the Law Society and the Birmingham & Midlands Society for Finance.
Within the firm David is a member of the Finance Committee.
Out of the office he enjoys music, walking, cycling and sails occasionally.
