Full time Corporate Solicitor sought with extensive experience to undertake varied commercial work load by energetic Walsall based firm who have established following and very good reputation for providing legal services to businesses. Successful candidate must be prepared to promote his department and help firm become a regionally recognised firm. Experienced paralegal to work part-time for at least 3 days a week with the possibility of an increase in hours in the longer term. The ideal candidate will have run a caseload of varied work which will have included wills, the administration of simple estates and the preparation of Lasting Powers of attorney. The ability to work unsupervised would be an advantage but assistance can be given as and when required. Training will be provided both internally and externally. An interest in developing and taking an active part in the marketing of the department would be welcome. There is a requirement to attend clients outside of the office and therefore a clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.
